NSI

The National Security Inspectorate is thespecialist approvals and certification bodythat inspectscompanies providing home security, business security and fire safety services. Choosing an NSI approved company ensures that the contractor you select works to the highest recognised industry standards as demanded by the Police, Fire and Rescue Services and insurance industry.

As a UKAS accredited certification body, NSI approves companiesproviding quality solutions across thesecurity and firesectors including:

  • electronic security systems-intruder alarms / burglar alarms, cctv, access control
  • fire detection and alarm systems
  • manned security / keyholding service



 CHAS

Local authority health and safety and procurement professionals, with the support of the Health and Safety Executive, have developed the Contractor Health and Safety assessment scheme (CHAS). It provides information about the health and safety aspect of their application. Clients from both the public and private sectors can be assured that companies accredited by CHAS meet acceptable standards of health and safety compliance.
